Advisor and Jury Evaluation Forms

Important matters to be completed at the end of the EEM403 Graduation Project course:

  1. Students who complete EEM403 Graduation Project and successfully write their theses must apply to their advisors to have their theses checked using a plagiarism detection program.
  2. A signed document showing that the plagiarism rate is below 40% must be submitted by each student to their own advisor no later than one week before the presentation date. Otherwise, they will not be able to participate in the poster event and will have to take the make-up evaluation.
  3. Each student must prepare a 70 × 100 cm poster introducing their project, including the title, abstract, problem definition, materials and methods, results, and references. Students may prepare the poster format freely, in collaboration with their advisors.
  4. If applicable, students should bring the actual product they designed, along with their posters; otherwise, they should bring a video of the product, the software, and a laptop on which they can present these to the jury members.
  5. Students must print one copy of their thesis with either a cardboard cover or spiral binding and submit it to their advisors after the project poster event.
  6. To help students identify key points to focus on when preparing their posters and completing their theses, the Advisor and Jury Evaluation Reports are provided under the title "Undergraduate Education – Graduation Project".
  7. Your project will be evaluated by the jury members in the group that does not include your advisor. Please make sure that the relevant jury members evaluate your project.
