1. Possesses the sufficient knowledge about mathematics, sciences, and the topics related to Electrical-Electronics Engineering and uses those theoratical and practical knowledge on complex engineering problems.
2. Recognizes, defines, formulates the complex engineering problems, and solve those problems by selecting appropriate analysis/modeling methods.
3. Desings a complex system, process, device, and product under realistic constraints and conditions in a way that satisfying specific requirements using modern design techniques.
4. Possesses the ability of selection, utilization and development of modern techniques and tools in order to analysis and solve complex problems in engineering applications and uses information technologies effectively.
5. Possesses the ability of the experiment designing, experiment conducting, acquisition of data, analysis, and interpretation of results for the examination of complex engineering problems and of research topics related to Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
6. Possesses the ability of efficient working individually, disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams.

Possesses the ability of giving and receiving clear instructions, efficient reporting and understanding of reports, effcient presentation, preparing reports for designs and productions by using the efficient oral and written communication techniques in Turkish along with the knowledge of at least one foreign language.
